Marilyn Winfield has created a healing visualization program to help prepare you for your surgery. This program is a series of audio recordings to be played before, during, and after your surgery.
You will receive a package of four audio recordings which include an introductory recording and three audioaudio recordings of guided visualizations.
The first recording introduces the Pathways to Healing program, and also discusses fear, teaching you techniques to release your fears.The second recording
you to listen to daily until you have your surgical procedure.The
third recording is to be played during surgery and in the recovery room.
The fourth recording is to be played daily after your surgery for as long as
you wish.
These audio recordings are specifically designed to help you harness the power of your mind in your own healing process.
Every surgery patient will have his or her own personal objectives and goals they wish to attain from the Pathways to Healing program. These often include the reduction of swelling and bruising, diminished scarring and accelerated healing.
